Stored personal data
We store the following personal data of people participating in our trainings and events:
Name, address, e-mail, phone number/mobile phone number, gender, pictures, videos, nationality, date of birth, passport number, biography and relevant health data, such as food allergies.
The purpose of our processing of personal data
We process your personal data in order to fulfill our commitments to you. We also process the data in order to be able to issue the information, offers and services related to specific trainings or events you’re attending. This information can be issued over the phone, via e-mail, text messages and ordinary post.
Legal basis for processing your personal information
We process names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses in order to fulfil agreements. The legal basis for this processing is the General Data Protection Regulation’s article 6 (b). In the cases where you consented to it your personal data will be used to provide you with information, offers and services related to your purchase. This information can be issued over the phone, via e-mail, text messages and ordinary post. The legal basis for this processing is the General Data Protection Regulation’s article 6 (a). You can choose not to receive this information.
Collecting personal data
We store the personal data you entered into our registration form when you signed up for a training or an event. We also store the personal information you passed onto our staff in connection with your purchase.
Handing information over to third parties
In order for us to be able to fulfil obligations arising from our agreement with you we will pass any necessary information on to our accountant in VIEW Ledger.
Deleting personal data
Such information as we are obliged to keep will be stored for a duration of 5 years, as per current laws. We also keep names and email addresses for 5 years.
Rights of the data subject
We process your personal data according to the The Personal Data Act and current regulations. Please note that you can demand access to your personal information, you can demand to have them moved, corrected or deleted. If you feel that our processing of your personal data is contrary to laws and regulations, you can make a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
